Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We value your time and are committed to providing consistent, high-quality care. To ensure availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $75 fee, charged to the card on file.
No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will also be charged $75 to the card on file.
If a client is more than 10 minutes late, the session will be considered a no-show, and the applicable fee will apply.
